A new one will be posted each month. It is my desire to help you grow as a Christian and start to see Who God Is the way that I have. I know that I have much more to learn, but God has truly changed my life and I never want to go back to the way I used to be.
I grew up in church and became a Christian at an early age. I thought that God was pleased with me because I participated in everything the church had to offer. I guess I even developed some pride in that fact.
As an adult, I started to become miserable in well doing. It just did not satisfy me any more to do a lot of good works. I cried out to God to show me what was wrong. He started to reveal to me that I knew a lot about Him, but I didn’t really KNOW Him like I should. There was a huge void in my life because of that.
I started to seek Him with everything in me. It changed my way of thinking, and gave me a peace and joy that I had never had before. I became excited about following God because I learned that I truly could place my life in His Hands.
Following Him has been so awesome, because I never know what He will do next. In fact, I am always amazed at the things He chooses to do through me.
Don’t be afraid to give God control of your life. He always desires the very best for you and wants to use you to carry out His work here on earth. He is an awesome God who loves you more than you could ever imagine.
